Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are such an easy way to get fruit in your diet, but also a quick breakfast. All you need to make this is the below. Comment to let me know what you think.

  • Ingredients:
    • Mason Jar or another glass jar (12 oz)
    • 1/2 cup of Milk or Milk Substitute – I use unsweetened almond milk
    • 1/2 cup of Rolled oats
    • Healthy Toppings
  • Directions:
    • Let the oats soak in the milk/milk substitute overnight or at least 4 hours
    • Top the overnight oats with any fruit or toppings you would like – I use dates, honey, and berries to top mine
