Tacos
If I could make tacos every day for every meal, I would. It just wouldn’t be the healthiest for me to do so. I know everyone has a specific way of making tacos, but I figured I would share how I make them.
First, I always get the corn and flour tortillas pre-heated from H.E.B.
Second, to incorporate veggies, I use multi-colored peppers, zucchini, and red onion. I cook all these together with some minced garlic, chili powder, salt, creole seasoning, and pepper. I think the best way to cook them is like I am making fajitas.
Last, you can NOT forget the rice and beans. I love black beans (as you can see from my first food post) and I make brown rice so I can keep it healthy.
