Grilled Chicken and Mango Skewers


Ingredients

Multicolored Peppers ( i used yellow and orange)

A white onion

1 lb of chicken breasts

2 large mangos

A package of skewers

Directions

Take the white onion and cut half of the onion into square pieces that are chunky to stay on a skewer. Take the chicken, mangos, and peppers and cut them into squares as well (about 1/4 inch in diameter). Start to alternate the mango, chicken, peppers, and onions onto the skewers leaving at least 1 inch on each end free.

Preheat your charcoal grill to 300 to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and cook the skewers for about 20-25 minutes. Remove and place them in a pan and serve to eat.
